Interested in hearing more about gravity-pulling, heuristics, and related from Gary and team. Would like to hear some examples and more discussion of this. How it impacts us professionally and personally

34:23
Great question, Sherry!

34:52
Great one Sherry - I’ll bring that up

37:00
That's awesome! Unfortunate circumstances but invaluable support for your community

37:14
Wow, CJ - that’s amazing work. Relying on strong values is critical. How did you communicate with the families?

37:20
Do you pick and choose your battles with our current reality, or do you feel responsible as a leader, as a boss, as a parent, etc. to try to grapple with and interpret all of it?

37:27
Amazing work CJ and Noble is doing!

40:07
Those are great questions @Amy and @Matt. Vickie, will touch on those.

40:13
Are we able to receive the contact information of the panelists? I would like to connect with them in the future.

41:59
Awesome above and beyond support from CJ and Noble!

42:12
Hi Sherrod, we linked their LinkedIn pages here https://www.eventbrite.com/e/104332760094

47:06
@Eric, I love your comment the power to heal our world, because all of us are going through the same thing together.

51:00
@Emily we've discussed the increased demand on cooking too during the Launch convos

52:53
@gary, listening to ourselves is vital during this time

57:50
Yes @Keysha. You know I couldn’t cook at all at the beginning of this. I’ve learned to embrace it, see it as a gift to my family, and interestingly enough it’s been an exercise in creativity, letting go of perfection, and shifting my priorities. Typically I would think of it as a waste of time…but it’s challenged me to look at my expectations of myself and self care.

01:00:11
Exactly, same here! That shift in perspective about self care and expectations is definitely a great example in identifying a silver lining! :)

01:01:50
Shifting perspective def helps and being intentional about what works for you to have balance @Mark!

01:03:51
Yes @mark figuring out what gives you energy and what takes away energy.

01:03:51
Great thought, Gary....Identifying the strengths within your team and you as a leader

01:03:56
I appreciate the skillful rephrasing of the questions that led to what I found to be honest and incredibly helpful answers. Thank you all very much.

01:06:24
@Matt, our pleasure!

01:09:10
Well said, CJ.

01:09:23
Yes when we admit to don’t know all the answers we invite wisdom and insight

01:10:01
☝️

01:12:30
Well said, @Emily. Vulnerability is much more of an attractive force than a repulsive one, despite our intuition and fear that we need to project some sort of perfection.

01:13:22
So true @Emily and Jacob

01:13:43
Thank you all for the conversation. I am super grateful for the time and the opportunity to connect with all of you. Please take care and be safe.
