WOW, glad you are with us today Aaron!
I really love your thoughtfulness and intention here @susan
Great info from panelists! So good to see you all. Here’s a great book that outlines the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual distress among creators/entrepreneurs and how to manage/deal/embrace the things that make each of us unique. I like that! It's a time forward
Love framing this as a relocation of time!
Yes, cardio is a great outlet! Our Eship Center team is doing a workout challenge
Exercise, yes, and anything you can do to get outside helps "reset"
Puzzle sales have increased 300%+
In the “silver lining” department-riding a bike has never been safer with so few cars on the road!!
I've used this "reallocation of time" to re-set a daily morning routine: 15-minute outdoor walk + 15-minute of body weight exercises.
@Mark - absolutely!
You’re so right, @Mark Self!
So true. Reconnecting with MBA friends...
Perhaps one of the silver linings of this experience is that we are reminded we actually have more choice in our lives than we often allow ourselves.
